Christine has been with Vetcare for 11 years. She gained her Certificate of Animal care from the local BOP polytechnic in Windermere and then went onto complete her National Certificate of Veterinary Nursing from Otago Polytechnic by distance learn while working at Vetcare. This has not been done before and not repeated, VetCare saw something special in this girl and would not let her go.

Christine grew up on a dairy farm in Ohauiti, and has always loved caring and working with animals. At home she has Ozzy (fox terrier, 6 years), Pinky (Chihuahua, 8 years) and 3 VERY lucky cats Ratbag (14 years) Smudge (5 years) and the latest addition Arnold (2 years).

Although Christine joined Vetcare as a nurse her position quickly evolved to take on more responsibility to working in all areas of nursing, reception, customer service, ordering and most recently assistant practice manager.
